Calcium (as calcium carbonate)120 mg

Magnesium (Magnesium citrate and oxide) 60 mg

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)1.75 mcg (70 UI)

Posology and method of administration

Adults:

Take 1 tablet three times daily, with a meal.

Use for minimum 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.Since glucosamine reduces pain by repairing cartilages, it is important to use it continuously for one month to maximally reduce joint pain.
