COMPOSITION:
Each film coated tablet contains 750 mg Glucosamine sulfate 2 KCl.
MECHANISM OF ACTION :
Glucosamine is an endogenous mucopolysaccharide used in the synthesis of cartilage. Exogenous administration of Glucosamine Increases the (building blocks) available for cartilage production. Because sulfur is essential for glucosaminoglycan bonds within cartilage, the sulfate salt from may also provide important activity. in addition, Glucosamine stimulate chondrocyte cartilage production as well as synoviocyte synovial fluid production.
Glucosamine sulfate has been shown to help to inhibit the breakdown of cartilage associated wih osteoarthritis.
Uses :
Artral helps in osteoarthritis conditions, which is
also called degenerative joint disease,is the most common type of arthritis. When cartilage becomes worn, exposed bones can rub together and the painful symptoms of osteoarthitis may appear. It is associated with a breakdown of cartilage in joints and commonly occurs in the hips, knees and vertebral column.It also
often affects the finger joints, the joint at the base of the thumb, and the joint at the base of the big toe.
Artral helps in treating Degenerative Joint Disease.
ADMINSTRATION:
One tablet in morning and one in evening.
