• Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015): to further enhance environmental performance.
• Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018): to protect the employees from any hazards, and to provide safe & optimal work conditions to eliminate work-related injuries, and to safeguard their safety throughout their activities, as the safety of ALFARES Pharmaceuticals employees & visitors at workplace is our major concern.

ALFARES Pharmaceuticals is committed to plan, carry out and monitor its operations in order to:

• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements and GMP, GSP, GLP systems.
• Achieve and maintain a level of quality to meet customer satisfaction with our medicines.
• Ensure continuous improvement.
• Improve human resources procedures to achieve performance effectiveness.
• Minimize pollution through product life cycle study & evaluation.
• Protect environment from damage resulting from company activities.
• Minimize waste through efficient material re-use or recycling of material when appropriate.
• Dispose of waste properly.
• Discuss the matters of health & safety with employees and their representatives.
• Ensure that nobody performs an unsafe work procedure that may impose him or to his colleagues to any risk.
• Respond promptly to any emergency situation which could cause adverse environmental impacts or the health and safety of employees.

Our Policy provides the framework for setting and reviewing objectives, and the policy is documented, implemented, maintained and notified to all interested parties.

Our administrative system provides mechanisms for detecting system weak points and stimulating process improvements encouraging employees to suggest participate in order to improve implementation mechanisms, improve the measures taken to protect the environment, and ensure health and safety at workplace.

Such suggestions will be assessed by ALFARES Management and implemented properly.

Appropriate training and instruction are provided to make sure that staff is accommodating Integrated Management Systems.

The management of ALFARES Pharmaceuticals periodically reviews the administrative systems to ensure efficient performance and prevent problems from arising.
