Composition:

Each 100 g IBUGEL contains 5 g Ibuprofen.

Properties :

IBUGEL is highly effective drug for the topical treatment of pain and inflammations of the locomotor system caused by sports and accident-related injuries, e.g. contusion, sprains, strains and bruises or by rheumatism of soft tissues, such as bursitis, tendinitis, tendovaginitis.

The active ingredient penetrates directly through the skin and the tendon and mucosa up to the joint. Sufficiently high concentrations of the active ingredient in the tissues and in the joints induce an intensive analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Indications :

• Supporting treatment in cases of muscular rheumatism.
• Painful degenerative articular affections (arthrosis).
• Inflammatory rheumatic affections of the joints and of the vertebral coloumn.
• Swelling or inflammation of the soft tissues adjacent to the joints(e.g. bursa, tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments and articular capsules).
• Shoulder & neck stiffness, myalgia, lumbago, sports and accident related injuries such as contusions, sprains and strains.

Dosage & Method of application :

Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, 3- 4 times daily, if necessary more often, apply a 4 – 10 cm strip of gel to the skin and rub in thoroughly.

IBUGEL can be used as a supporting treatment together with oral forms of NSAID’s.
